Til Stewart is a documentary cinematographer and director based in Melbourne, Australia. From a young age, Til was captivated by the power of storytelling and imagery. He pursued his passion at Swinburne University, earning a Bachelor of Film and Television before diving into the world of documentary filmmaking. With an insatiable lust for adventure, Til’s dedication to storytelling and the art of cinematography keeps him on a constant quest for new narratives. Through his films, he aspires to inspire, educate, and ultimately make the world a better place.

映像監督。宮崎出身、福岡拠点。 海や山に囲まれた自然環境で生まれ育つ。学生時代をサッカーに捧げる。大学時、京都の街並みをiPhoneで撮影したことをきっかけに、映像制作の奥深さに徐々にのめり込んでいく。就職活動は行わず、渡豪。稼いだお金を全てカメラ機材に費やし、自身のキャリアをスタートさせた。 現在は、土地に根ざした仕事を題材に、国内外でドキュメンタリー映像を制作している。 映像を通じて他者や社会に何を手渡せるのか。自分という存在をどこに置くのか。その問いを抱えながら、​​​​​​​他者や社会に還元できる映像の在り方、自分自身の在り方を追求している。2025年には展示上映会を行うなど、新しい試みにも尽力している。

Gaku Matsuda is a documentary director and cinematographer based in Fukuoka, Japan. Originally from Miyazaki, he works across Japan and internationally, often collaborating with overseas filmmakers on small-crew documentary productions. His work explores how people live, work, and sustain culture in relation to land, place, and community. With a fieldwork-based approach, he films stories connected to craftsmanship, architecture, regional life, and the quiet details of everyday existence. He has contributed to documentary works linked to NHK WORLD and Yahoo! News, and has filmed in countries including Iraq, Mongolia, and Australia. His work has been screened at international film festivals, including Banff. Whether directing his own projects or collaborating with international teams, Gaku brings a grounded, observant approach to documentary filmmaking, combining visual sensitivity with the flexibility needed for run-and-gun production.
